Carengrow was founded by Dr. Meghana Kambham, a medical graduate from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, who also completed postgraduate studies at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She holds a patent as a co-inventor for remote health monitoring in child health, supported pro bono by the Microsoft Patent Program. Additionally, she pursued specialized studies in social entrepreneurship and behavior change at Stanford, INSEAD, and UCL London.
CareNgrow is India’s first scalable, technology-driven social enterprise focused solely on Early Childhood Development (ECD). By integrating neuroscience, AI, and community involvement, CareNgrow empowers caregivers and frontline workers to ensure that every child develops appropriately by the age of five. Our strategies are grounded in data, science, and local cultural insights to foster sustainable progress.
