1. No Refund Policy
Once a ticket is purchased, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal reasons
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel restrictions
- Event format changes (e.g., virtual or hybrid transitions)
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, please follow these steps:

- Verification: Our team will review and process the transfer request.
- Confirmation: Once approved, the new attendee will receive a confirmation email with updated ticket details.
Ticket transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the event date.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- If The August Fest is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- If the event is canceled, we will issue credits for future events or provide alternate options at our discretion.
