Arunjyothi S Lokhanday

Arunjyothi Lokhanday is an environmental innovator and the Founder of Anish Designers. She turns wet waste into compost paper and teaches at schools and colleges. She also designs wedding articles i.e. designed pots, kobbari bondam, addu tera, kudakalu etc. She trains women in value addition products, especially pickle-making, Karam podis making, and she is soon launching her own line of homemade pickles
