She has built and scaled products, platforms, and teams across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. From owning P&Ls to spearheading digital transformation, Lalitha’s leadership has consistently driven tangible business outcomes and customer success. As an entrepreneur, Lalitha built a creative tech services company from the ground up, serving marquee clients like TIC, Aditya Birla and BBC India focused on e-learning industry. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, she also holds advanced certifications from MIT, IIM-B, ISB, and TexasMcCombs in AI, leadership, and digital transformation.
