Sita Pallacholla is a founder, technologist, investment specialist, and global advocate for women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship. As the CEO of WE Hub, India’s first state-government led organisation, she brings two decades of experience in building entrepreneurial ecosystems and driving grassroots-level impact that transcends borders and sectors. Sita transformed WE Hub into a powerful think tank and a robust implementation engine, continuously empowering women in both rural and urban regions across the 33 districts in Telangana, India, through tailor-made upskilling and entrepreneurship programs.
A computer science engineer by training, Sita has founded multiple ventures, managed significant VC portfolios, and collaborated with governments across India, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia to drive investments, innovation, and inclusivity. During her time in Singapore, Sita catalysed the growth of women-led businesses across Asia. Upon returning to India, she launched The Angel Summit—a groundbreaking platform uniting leaders and changemakers that has spotlighted women founders and the female workforce across the country.
Through her work, Sita continues to redefine what inclusive innovation and leadership look like, inspiring a new generation of changemakers across the globe.
